It looks to me like the common thread is government apparatchiks having zero regard for law aside from the extent to which it prevents them from doing what they want to do. How much money do they make on anthrax anyway? Very aggravating having eczema just to make some shithead bureaucrat some extra money, but I got off easy compared to many.
